App does a great job of building food plans for you, but they are not recipes and they do not let you add foods that are not in their database (like protein powder, quinoa, or other items).
Meal planning is restricted to randomizing a food list. At each meal, it say to have beef, oil, and broccoli.
After selecting which foods you dont like, the rest is automatically added into your fridge for randomly pulling into meals. Shopping lists are based on anything you have missing in your fridge. As a single guy, adding all 50 items (with no quantities indicated) that you would likely not eat in a week is not helpful.
A future looking meal plan based on your preferences for a week, then basing the shopping list on just those items, would be nice.
Cooking instructions would be helpful too.
