I love this app. It is so easy to use, just follow the instructions when you first open the app. I do not have to think about anything. And to add, it does not say you cannot add things into the plan to make a gourmet meal, you just need to have those ingredients to make it well balanced. Use a little imagination like with any other meal. And if it is tell you that you only get 2.5 oz of protein, it is because you are asking to loose 1.5 to 2 lbs a week. That really is a lot so it has to limit you. Remember, you dont have to write down, track, count, or anything else, this app does it for you. And it only limited to what you like and/or what you have in your kitchen!
