I like that they start with foods you prefer, then create a meal plan out of that. But......,
1) food choices limited
2) terrible if you have any sort of wheat allergy - the app told me that "none of the breakfast carbs are available", even though I had left oatmeal as a choice.
3) no calorie or protein counts given
4) diet appears to limit protein too severely, this could be a problem for many.
I am trained in nutrition and IMHO this app does not give you a balanced diet.
